Solvency screening of Belgian debtors

Know whether your debtor can still pay — before you spend a cent.

Chasing an empty company costs you more than it recovers. For €80.00 excl. VAT we screen your debtor and give you one clear recommendation: go ahead, or do not.

Optional — it saves you typing later. You can also start straight away.

How it works

Three steps. You only do the first one.

1

Upload your unpaid invoice.

Photo, scan or PDF — several invoices at once is fine. We read the details for you: your company, your debtor, the amounts and the dates. You check them and confirm.

2

You pay €80.00 excl. VAT per file.

Payment is online and immediate, by Bancontact, card or bank transfer. No subscription, no surprises afterwards. You receive an invoice for your accounts.

3

You get a clear report with one recommendation.

Our lawyers read the enterprise data, the latest annual accounts and the Central Register of Notices. You get a score out of 10 and one unambiguous recommendation on your file.

SolvaClear

Clear risk. Clear decision.

Before you spend money on a procedure: can your debtor actually pay?

We read the enterprise data, the most recently filed annual accounts and the Central Register of Notices, and weigh your claim against what the company actually owns. You get one report, one conclusion and a gauge out of 10.

What is in the report

  • Identification and status of the debtor from the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO/BCE).
  • The key figures from the most recently filed annual accounts — solvency, liquidity, and how they moved.
  • Known attachments from the Central Register of Notices (CBB), with amounts and dates, split into preferential and unsecured creditors.
  • Your claim weighed against the assets of the debtor and against the other creditors.
  • One unambiguous conclusion: start proceedings or not, with a short reasoning.
  • A gauge from 0 to 10 — from "do not spend the money" to "proceed".
€80.00excl. VAT per report, per file — delivered within a few working days.

More than a standard credit report: we read the Central Register of Notices (CBB) for attachments other creditors already levied, we weigh your claim against what the company actually owns, and our lawyers work with AI-assisted document analysis — which is what keeps a full legal screening at €80.00.

Frequently asked questions

What does a screening cost?

€80.00 excl. VAT per file, paid up front. That covers the full report: enterprise data, annual accounts analysis, CBB overview, red flags, conclusion and gauge.

Why do I have to upload an invoice?

Your invoice tells us who your debtor is, its enterprise number and the size of your claim. That is how your claim gets weighed against the assets of the debtor — precisely what a standard credit report does not do.

How quickly do I get the report?

Usually within a few working days of payment. If anything in your documents is unclear, we contact you first.

Can I have several debtors screened at once?

Yes. Upload the invoices together: we group them per debtor and produce one report per debtor. The price applies per file.

What if the debtor is solvent?

Then you know that proceedings are worth it. You can move your file straight into a collection procedure — we already have the details.

What if the debtor turns out to be insolvent?

Then the report saves you the cost of a procedure that would recover nothing. We say so in as many words, without hiding reservations inside ratios.

Is a screening a guarantee of payment?

No. A screening is a snapshot based on the sources available at that moment. It carries no obligation of result and no guarantee of successful recovery.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Everything you send is used solely to produce your screening, and it is covered by the professional privilege of the lawyers and staff of Flex Business Law.

Your invoice is due. Your debtor is in Belgium. Know what you are starting.

Upload the invoice, check the details we read, and pay. We take it from there.
